IS3 Hosting · Last updated: October 9, 2026 · Operated by Next Nova Tech LLC
Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what is and is not permitted on IS3 Hosting infrastructure. It applies to all customers and users of our services, including shared hosting, domain registration, and email. By using our services, you agree to this AUP. This AUP supplements our Terms of Service.

- Counterfeit goods — content promoting or selling counterfeit products.
- Illegal content — content that is illegal under applicable United States federal or state law.
- Hate speech — content that promotes violence or discrimination against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.

- Operating open mail relays
- Sending email to purchased or scraped lists
Accounts found sending spam will be suspended immediately. Email sending on shared hosting is subject to rate limits to protect deliverability for all customers.
Resource usage
